Clip needs to be modified just a bit once you get it. But works fine so far.

These mags were so hard to put in, I thought they were for the wrong gun. I had to play with them a bit. I found that they are catching up on the Mag release. I am going to order some spare parts for this gun before Januray 20, I will be getting a spare mage release in case I wear it out.

The fit is quite poor. It takes a large amount of force to slam this mag into the pistol, while the magazine that I bought with the gun slides in and out without any problem. I was rather disappointed in the craftsmanship. Hopefully I can find out what the problem is and bend or file it into submission. Not very pleased. It does feed rounds very smoothly though.

I love this mag! For me, it;s better than the stock mag, due to the little finger rest it adds at the bottom. Makes holding the Bersa Thunder CC fit like a glove!

These mags would not load into the gun properly, I had to hold down the release to even get them in and they didn''t feel very secure once in. I called ProMag and was told "Yes, we are aware of the problem but if you hold the release they should work just fine". I am sorry, but "should work" just doesn''t cut it when we are talking about a loaded weapon here!
After reading several reviews here and other places I decided it wasn''t worth the risk, sent them back and ordered factory mags instead.

The bullets fit, but there is where the good ends. I cannot insert it without pressing the eject button, and the first or second round will not feed on the three types of ammo I tried (JHP, standard jacketed bullet, and a flat tipped jacketed bullet. My original Bersa magazines have never had any feed problems with any standard ammo. Once the chamber is cleared, the remaining feeds were ok with the ProMag.

It does not set into the pistol in one click which is a concern if one needed to load quickly.

Both magazines I have trouble with not fitting in gun correctly, it affects bullets not wanting to go into chamber. One of the magazines bullets will stick in the mag.

You get what you pay for. I simply filed down one corner and works perfect. I had the same issue as someone else and had to depress the magazine release to insert the magazine. A quick file job and it works fine.

These mags caused a jam on every last round. My suspicion is that the spring is not strong enough to raise the last roud up. The gun did not jam when I went bvack to use the factory mag. It was not just one of the three I purchased it was all of them. Hence my general comment on the spring compression.

Promag Magazines for the Bersa Thunder 380
by: Citizen
The magazines I received new in the box do not fit into the pistol unless I depress the magazine button while loading them in. I would certainly not carry these magazines anywhere but to the gun range as they would slow the action of rearming the weapon. These are a poor substitute for the factory magazines I suppose that explains the price.
