The extension adds a full grip without adding much to the printing on my Glock 27. The 40 cal mag will still only hold nine even with the +1. It is easier to get the last round in now but you will need a +2 if you want to hold ten.

I love my Pierce Grips. I shoot in GSSF with G27 subbie. The added finger support increases accuracy, but remember that 10 + 1 racked is a tight fit!
