These will work okay for smaller womens hands.
But for men with average hand size go with the PG39 extensions for your Glock 26. Easier to change out and also gives you 2-3 additional rounds in 9mm. Fits my hand perfectly now with no significant concealment problems. Plus having a little more grip improved my accuracy.
