Taurus PT 58 - 380 - ACP Thinking of purchaseing

I was under the impression that Barretta made a Taurus years ago. I do not own one but thought there was a Taurus model of a Barretta. Taurus .38 with 2 magazines is a good deal not tipical of used guns I've seen at retailers. I wonder if when the magazine is out does the round in the chamber eject with a pull of what I refer to as the slide that runs the length of the top of the handgun, or will it have to be finagled out to prevent a mis-fire. Rated on looks, grip, blued steal, and barrel length. Taurus PT58 - 380 - ACP
